Sea Watch Beach – Manasquan Beach

I was fortunate enough today to spend a couple of hours at Sea Watch Beach on the North End in Manasquan. You’ll know you are there when you see the sign (pictured). Every Beach has its own charm and character Sea Watch is definitely all about sitting in relative quiet soaking up the suns rays or enjoying a dip in the ocean.

For those not familiar with the Beach or area there is $8 charge to get on the beach and season passes are also available. Parking is normally not too bad especially if you get there before 10:00AM. Restrooms and a small snack area accessible from the Beach (and thankfully clean). Several cool bars and restaurants are within a few blocks so you can always grab a drink and solid meal to eat on your way back home.

There’s a time and place for everything. When I’m in the mood for more I’ll head out to Point Pleasant Beach, where you can get the beach and boardwalk atmosphere. Perfect for when you want to retreat from the sun and partake in a few boardwalk games or grab a beer and bite to eat at a place like or Today was all about some rest and relaxation and that mission was accomplished at Sea Watch!
